Why we built FakturaPilot
From January 2027, every B2B invoice in Germany must be a structured electronic invoice. The legacy tools that exist today are either built for accountants and impossible for solo founders to use, or built for solo founders and silently non-compliant.
We sat in the middle of that gap for a year — freelancers, designers, IT consultants, and small agencies kept asking the same question: “just give me one tool that creates a real XRechnung in under a minute and doesn’t cost €30/month.”
FakturaPilot is that tool. Compliant XML on the first try, a PDF that looks good enough to send to a client, archived for ten years, and pricing that respects how often you actually send invoices.

Compliance is not a feature, it’s the product
Every invoice is validated against the official KoSIT rules before you can send it. If it isn’t legally valid, we won’t let you generate it.
Pricing that respects your volume
Pay-as-you-go credits plus optional subscriptions. A freelancer sending 3 invoices a month should never pay the same as a 10-person agency.
Your data is yours
Hosted in the EU. Export everything (PDF + XML + JSON) anytime. No lock-in, no ‘please contact sales to leave’.
